This condo is a nicely situated, unique corner unit located at  rated Crescent Royale, known as one of the most pristine condominium complexes on all of Siesta Key! The condo features 2 bedrooms (2 queens in master BR; 1 full/1 twin in guest BR), each with a private bath and large walk-in closet. Sleeps 4-6 people comfortably.
Spacious living room/dining room combination (queen sleep sofa in living room). Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. And don't forget that lanai!
Cable TVs in living room and both bedrooms, stereo system, central AC and ceiling fans throughout.
COMPLEX AMENITIES include coin operated common washer/dryer in close proximity, heated outdoor swimming pool, with patio and lounging areas next to condo entrance, equipped with gas grills. Saunas and fitness room. Pool tables, shuffleboard, lending book library. Private car port with dedicated parking space at condo entrance. CONDO is equipped with iron/ironing board, hair dryers, all kitchen appliances, bath and beach towels, bed linens (all self-care) and beach chairs. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE.

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional person/s (max of 6): $25 per day/per person. One week minimum stay. Rate discounts apply for reservations over 2 weeks.
